Client cancellations

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel Equipment and Gyrotonic classes. Regrettably the class will be charged in full if less than 24 hours or no notice is given. If you need to cancel a class, please telephone the studio on 01892 522290 (leaving a message if necessary). Alternatively, please email us at info@studioonepilates.co.uk

Expiration of pre-booked classes

Private and studio classes are to be used within 3 months.

A block of 6 mat classes is to be used within 6 consecutive weeks. Regrettably if you are unable to attend a class, a refund will not be provided however you may attend an alternative class in the same week, space/availability permitting.

Class size limits

To ensure the best results for all participants Mat class sizes are limited to 8 with Equipment class sizes limited to 4.

Guidance for drop-in classes

We do offer drop-in classes however we recommend booking in advance to guarantee your place in the chosen class.
